Annual income declaration

Annual declaration for the earned income in 2014 should be filed by those individuals, who:

1) conducted business activity;

2) earned income abroad;

3) earned tax-free income, which exceeded the amount of 4000 EUR in 2014;

4) earned income, which is taxed at a tax rate of 10%, and which has not been taxed at the place of payment of the income;

5) earned other taxable income, which has not been taxed at the place of payment of the income.

Application period of annual income declaration

In 2015, individuals, who are obliged to file an annual declaration for the earned income in 2014, should file it with the attached documents to the State Revenue Service from March 01, 2015 to June 01, 2015

In 2015, individuals may voluntarily file the annual declaration for the earned income in 2014 and receive the overpaid tax. Declaration filing dates together with the attached documents to the State Revenue are in this case from March 01, 2015 to June 01, 2017
